BRAZZAVILLE

The residential complex "ROC BIMÉ" is a construction project of 1,200 homes, located in the northern suburbs through the city of 17, then Mont Barnier, about 20 minutes from downtown Brazzaville.

Extending over an area of 150 hectares, this project will bring together:

• Residential areas composed of villas of several standing; this new city will always respond to infrastructure problems, as we have proposed in our other projects, with solutions around road networks, roads, water and electricity.

• A tertiary zone comprising supermarkets, shops, restaurants, schools, administrations, health centers, pharmacies, libraries, worship centers, leisure centers, business centers (...).
