The realization of the 300 luxury villas in the center of Pointe-Noire has been completed.

Currently, we have begun the construction of the tertiary zone in TCHIKOBO, which will include sixteen (16) large buildings along the main avenue of the subdivision. These buildings will house offices, shops, banks, hotels, mall (...).

We are providing a solution to the major infrastructure and sanitation problems in the city center of Pointe-Noire, through major works already carried out in the old TCHIKOBO lagoon, in accordance with planning documents and master plan. We aim to give the economic capital a large-scale real estate program.
