POINTE-NOIRE

Maisons Sans Frontières building

Central axis, rondabout Antonetti / Charles de Gaulle

Since February 15, 2017, work on the TCHIKOBO roundabout in Pointe-Noire has been completed. It is now operational. Soon, the opening of the main avenue that will link the avenue of General De Gaulle to Loango Avenue, crossing the "ROC-de-TCHIKOBO allotment", will offer a new look to downtown. The modernization and sustainable development of the city of Pointe-Noire are underway.

We have begun the construction of the tertiary zone, which will include 16 large buildings on the main avenue of the subdivision. The residents of the city of Pointe-Noire can already appreciate the beauty of this type of building, the first of which has already emerged from the ground at the Place Antonetti on Avenue Charles de Gaulle.

These buildings will house offices, shops, banks, hotels, collective housing etc ... The allotment ROC-de-TCHIKOBO is the socio-economic balance of downtown Pointe-Noire.

ROC de TCHIKOBO subdivision

City-center Pointe-Noire

We are providing a solution to the major infrastructure and sanitation problems in the city center of Pointe-Noire, through major works already carried out in the old TCHIKOBO lagoon, in accordance with planning documents and master plan. We aim to give the economic capital a large-scale property complex, consisting of a tertiary area of 16 buildings and a residential area of 300 luxury villas in harmony with its environment.

The property development activity developed by MAISONS SANS FRONTIERES CONGO requires skills, techniques and know-how that meet the requirements of economic partners and buyers. The commitment to the construction of the ROC-de-TCHIKOBO subdivision fully meets the objectives of the sustainable economic development of Congo, as programmed by the Government.

The Caribbean Residences

Kounda suburbs

KOUNDA's "Caribbean Residences" development program is located 15 minutes from downtown Pointe-Noire, taking the new road we are building along the coast (north-west), extending the site from CORAF or via the national N5 before the Louango toll on the left towards the ocean.

On a site of more than 500 hectares, it is planned the realization of a new urban city grouping together the construction of several lots of houses and villas of different standing, a set of coherent commodities such as big brands, cinema, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, sports complexes, shops, schools, hospitals, places of worship, recreation, as well as a wildlife park.

The "Residences Caraïbes" program, which fits perfectly into the master plan of the city of Pointe-Noire, is built in accordance with international construction standards, and is currently being serviced and implemented in its first homes.

Like the ROC-de-TCHIKOBO subdivision, located in downtown Pointe-Noire, residents of the subdivision "The Caribbean Residences" will benefit from the services of a tertiary area near the center of the subdivision. This new program will not only respond to a new approach for the future of Pointe-Noire, KOUNDA and its peripheries, but will also provide a solution to socio-economic and environmental issues for better urban and territorial cohesion.
